Log in to your Boltigen account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a valid return process.
Ship to Boltigen
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
